SPIRITED JOURNEYS

I'm Yehuda, and I've been a whisky enthusiast for over a decade. I have a large collection of whiskies to drink, and a smaller collection of collector's items. But I spend most of my time growing my drinking collection, because I believe that whisky is meant to be enjoyed, not just admired on a shelf.

For me, drinking whisky is an experience. I start by savoring the aroma, then I move on to the taste, and finally I finish with the aftertaste. I believe that whisky should be sipped slowly and savored, not thrown down your throat or chugged.

I've been to Scotland many times, both on my own and to lead groups. I've come to realize how much each distillery has to offer. No two tours are the same, and no two distilleries have the same history or heritage.
